I have never built CNC machine before so this is a new adventure.

I'm in the process of modeling full machine in SolidWorks, so will share as I build.

I had this main plates cut using water jet by a local company I have used for many projects, so it's reasonable costs. Local company does very high quality, close tolerance work, plus really awesome laser cutting of metals.
      1. Special Notes

SolidWorks assembly is included. Note this is a work in progress 3D model.
Known issue is the Z axis spindle is too long.

    Reason for this Build

I have been making custom carbon fiber gaming simulator parts by hand, using router table and it's time to find a faster and more precise way of doing this!
