KALΔIS OPEN SLA

This is a 6020 (Will do 4020 in the future) V-Slot Resin 3d Printer. It requires 1 extrusion part can be easily adjusted to your needs to changing length of the aluminium profile, rods and lead screw. The Z axis carriage can be single or double (like in picture) for adding a second motor on the back if you are planing to make a bigger version. All m5 holes are in grid to match V-Slot rails in both Horizontal and Vertical. Also another feature I am planing to add on the design is the ability to replace the arm with a V-Slot bracket that can fit 2 towers together for an XL version of the machine (i want to give the ability to easily scale this project to everyone needs by printing more parts and choosing the corresponding length of rods/lead scew/V-Slot).

Base Part that holds V-Slot is inspired by D-BOT XY carriage, V-Slot joints originaly designed from spauda01

1. The Cover now have the holes to mount on Base part. Still need to add more holes and mount holes for electronics maybe add a fan as well. (In progress)
   
   
2. I started designing the tilt mechanism. Will be consisted of 2 cheap RC Servo motors and some 3d printed parts. (In Progress)
   
   
3. Need to design a vat that will work with the tilt mechanism.
   
   
4. I am planing tomake a 4020 Version for very small builds.
   
   
5. I am planingto add the base.stp with different diameter holes for linear rods. Starting from 8mm-12mm.
