      ---------------------------------------- The Idea ------------------------------------------------
I'm starting my first own build cnc machine which is inspired by routy and the ox.
Were my goal was not to use the ox plates but use the standard plates available in the parts store for the design.
At this point my only experience with mechanics is a solidwork course!

      My goals:

      • Build my own CNC machine, learn a lot! ;)
      • Let it mill various types of materials (Woods - Metal) with the ultimate goal PCB's.
      • Not to use OX plates initially (print them afterwards probably)
      • Use nema23 (The more power the better!)
      The Machine specs:
      • Dimensions: 0.85 x 0.65 (meters)
      • Design inspired by Routy:
        • X axis beam is double 20x60 (ox style)
        • Z axis is a C-Beam gantry system
        • Extra wheels on the Y axis gantries
      • Router: TBA
      • Electronics:
        • 4x Nema23
        • Arduino UNO with CNC shield
        • A4988 stepper drivers

      ---------------------------------------- Progress ------------------------------------------------
The idea for this built is to use the standard plates from the parts store and cut my own plates or the Ox plates on this machine.
I used the routy as guideline and inspiration for the design which i modified on some parts (see Above).

After placing several orders at TronixMaker (Great support btw) and receiving my parts i could finally start the building proces!
