Very nice Build @Rwetzler you have incorporated a lot of nice ideas into this one. I also really like the awesome CNC control box you worked up. Really nice work on everything thank you for taking the time to share.

An excellent looking machine RWetzler. I like the Z axis mod, could be an answer to some peoples problems.
How about some videos, as soon as you can fit it into your schedule. I would love to see in it action. :)

Thanks guys. I just uploaded a few more photos and videos.
I was inspired by the following you tube videos to make the pinewood derby car and mini bookshelf for my Grandson! I scaled the bookshelf to about 1/4 the size as shown in the 2nd video.

The 3D printed parts seem to be fine. I initially printed the router brackets with a thickness of 3/4" and was getting some flexing and fatigue during heavy cuts. I then printed another set with a 7/8" thickness and a density of 50%. They seem good and strong. I haven't noticed any flexing or fatigue since the modification.

Looks very good. Best documentation I've found for a one meter C-beam synchronized stepper base . Please keep up the good work.
