    Hi,

New to this kind of stuff, but building a CNC router type machine.

I have got some parts together to make 2 axis currently (having to buy in stages due to financial reasons), and I'm basing my ideas around the XL plate sandwich concept. However, having spent now about 6 hours trying to adjust the 6 eccentrics to get the wheel loading right, I am really struggling. It seems I always have 1 wheel on an axle, and a second wheel on another axle that will simply not make contact with the C-beam. The other 10 wheels are loaded perfectly ok. Different adjustment approaches results in different wheels not making contact, but its always 2 wheels on different axles. Any help or guidance here would be really useful, as I can't join the two axis together until I can solve this...

    Thanks in advance
