    Hi everyone,

I recently built a C-Beam kit in Australia and had some questions about steppers. On ebay there are some low current 340 oz/in (1.8 A) motors. Are these a good choice of motor? I will be controlling them using grbl, a cnc shield and drv8825 drivers.

Are these steppers overpowered for a C-beam?

I have ruled out using OB steppers due to postage costs and there seem to be some competitively priced alternatives on ebay locally.

    Thanks
