Then just to be a little more critical (it's a character flaw) when you add the motor to the options, it's an additional $24.50, the price of a nema 23...Nema 17 seperately is only $17.50.

Again, it's a character flaw. Sorry.

Mark....I noticed a Delta style machine in the examples BUT it had 6 axis's. What is this style called or is it fictional currently?

That is just an idea I had some time back I have not seen one built yet but I thought it may be cool and may have more accuracy?
Looking forward to seeing someone give it a go ;)

    Hello
Yes the hole spacing is 20mm so you can mount right to it.
Please have a look at the PDF drawings located in the OpenBuilds Parts Resource
Hope this helps, looking forward to seeing your Build!

    Hi,
For Mini-V belt actuator, how close to the end mount brackets do you recommend getting that is relatively safe when shuttling a gantry plate back and forth?

    Thanks,

    Logan

Hell Logan, I usually keep about 6mm from the ends unless I am using limit switches

    Hi,

I like to buy 2 V-SLOT MiniV Modular Actuators and put it together to be able to slide in 2 dimension (X and Y)

    How can I navigate to a specific coordinate? let's say x = 5 cm and y = 10 cm.

I'm asking for Arduino / Raspberry best practices, used shields to control the stepper motors and maybe also a coding example.

I'm really looking forward to the answers,
    Roy

    Hello,

I just assembled the V-Slot mini (1m) but I have an issue with the belt. It seems to move too much toward one side of the end mount (see picture) I tried loosening the end plate a bit and moving it "the other way" - then the belt ends un on the other side. I can't seem to reach the sweet spot right in the middle. Any ideas of how I could fix this?

    Many thanks

    Thomas
