Have just finished building my OX, everything went well, run through the initial test and everything was fine. The Y & Z axis were working great, the X axis was a little tight. I loosened off wheels, reset the router to the middle of the bed and tried again. When I moved the router, the voltage metre on the transformer flashed, it was as though the motors were generating electricity and sending it back. This time all I get is a sudden thump, the lights on the controller all go off as if something is happening but nothing moves. It sounds as though all 4 motors are jammed. Any suggestions?
