I've been messing around in SolidWorks with a CNC design where the y-axis is C-Beam on both sides each with a gantry. For mounting to the screw I'm thinking two nut blocks per side would be nice. 1) Is this over kill? 2) Would they need to be spaced a distance apart that is a factor of 2mm (the thread size), so they don't bind against each other?
