Anyone cutting proper tooling board on their machines? Just wondering how they cut compared to plywood and MDF. Looking at 240kg/m3 and 600kg/m3 tooling blocks

Just thought I'd follow up. Picked up some sikablock m600 which is 600kg/m3 tooling board from easycomposites in the uk. a 500mm x 1500mm x 50mm block was around 150 pounds. Did some test cuts today and it cuts like butter! Super clean cuts and easier to cut than MDF. No problems at a 5mm DOC, 3mm step over and 1800mm/min feed rate with a 6mm single flute end mill, feel like it could run faster with no problems. Added benefit of ease of use for composites or casting, just final sand, mold release and go. Not something you'd use every day but for the right project definitely worth the money. I'll update with some pics of finished parts once I get to cutting the parts out that I bought it for.
