Has anyone had experience with bending the 20x20 rail to create a gentle curve? I would like to create a circular rail around 3m in diameter.

    Cheers,

    YoYo.

This stuff is made NOT to bend or have deflection. It would probably be very very difficult to bend and you would probably get some pinching on the inside of the curve depending on the angle. I would not recommend it.

I agree with @DistortedDesigns - it would probably be better to choose a solid, rectangular, section which can be formed to the 3M curve and then fit open rail, which I think will form to that sort of radius.
